RouteBot Terms of Service

1. Definitions

The following terms used in this Agreement have these meanings:

• Platform: The RouteBot website, mobile applications, and all related services.
• User: All individuals and organizations using the Platform, including schools, transportation companies, parents, employees, and drivers.
• Services: Route management, live vehicle tracking, SMS notifications, attendance systems, and all other features offered through the Platform.
• Content: All text, images, data, and other materials published or transmitted on the Platform.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering on our Platform or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

3. Service Description

RouteBot provides a comprehensive management platform for the transportation industry. Our services include:

• Route planning and optimization tools
• Real-time GPS vehicle tracking
• SMS and push notification system
• Mobile applications for parents, employees, and drivers
• Service activity reporting and analytics

4. Registration and Account Security

Users are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on the Platform. Providing false or misleading information may result in account suspension.

Users are responsible for keeping their account credentials and passwords confidential and preventing unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

5. User Obligations

Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement.

6. SMS Communications

By registering for a RouteBot account and providing your mobile phone number, you consent to receive text messages regarding:

• Service notifications and alerts
• Vehicle arrival and departure notifications
• Account verification codes

Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase or service use. Message frequency varies based on your service activity. Standard message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of receiving SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. To resume, reply START.

7. Mobile Application Usage

Our Platform offers mobile applications for parents, employees, and drivers. By using these applications, you agree to comply with app store rules and this Agreement.

Our mobile applications may require device permissions such as location, notifications, and storage to provide our services. You can manage these permissions from your device settings.

8. Location Data and GPS Tracking

Our Platform uses GPS and location data to provide live vehicle tracking. When drivers start a service, location information is shown to passengers.

Location data is used only for service tracking purposes and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You can control location sharing from mobile app settings.

9. Payment and Subscription

Some of our services require paid subscriptions. Subscription plans, pricing, and payment terms are specified on the Platform.

Subscription fees are charged in advance. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policy is specified on the Platform.

10. Intellectual Property

The RouteBot Platform, including all logos, designs, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of this content is prohibited.

11. Limitation of Liability

RouteBot does not guarantee that the Platform will operate without interruption or error. The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Platform is provided as is. The Company makes no express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.

12. Termination

RouteBot may suspend or terminate your account at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Users may also close their accounts at any time.

13. Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of United States.

The courts of United States have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Agreement.

14. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be notified via the Platform or email.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
