Mobile App

Your routes and bus updates, on your phone

Drivers can check their stops and passenger lists before setting off. Parents and employees can see where their bus is and get an alert as it approaches.

In the App Store and Google Play, you'll find the app under the name Servistesin.

Route changes can mean another round of calls

When a replacement driver takes over or a pickup is delayed, the transport office often becomes the go-between. Drivers need the latest stops and passenger list. Families and employees want to know when their bus will arrive.

    • Paper passenger lists are hard to keep up to date
    • Replacement drivers need directions and current route details
    • Parents and employees call the office for bus updates
    • Transport staff have to contact drivers to check trip status

Route details and trip updates in the same app

Servistesin is one mobile app with different screens for each role, connected to your RouteBot account. Drivers see assigned stops and manage passenger attendance. Parents and employees follow their vehicle. Transport managers can check active vehicles while they're away from their desk.

Routes and passenger lists for drivers

Drivers check the stop order and open directions for the next stop. For school routes, they record students who did not board, triggering enabled parent alerts. A separate rear-of-vehicle QR scan supports the post-trip cabin check.

Bus tracking for parents and employees

Parents follow their child's bus on the map, while employees track their shuttle. Employees can also scan the vehicle QR to record attendance. An unexpected passenger alerts the driver, who decides whether to approve adding their location to the route.

    Fleet view for transport managers

Transport managers can see active vehicles, open a route and check its passenger list from the app.

    Pickup and trip notifications

Get an alert when your vehicle is approaching. Parents can also receive school arrival and departure updates, or an alert if their child does not board. In settings, choose your alerts and how close the vehicle should be before you're notified.

Choose a device that suits your fleet

Drivers can use a compatible phone, an Android tablet or a supported Android terminal installed in the vehicle. A company-issued device can stay with the vehicle when drivers change.

    Smartphones

Use a personal or company-issued phone to view routes, manage passengers and share the vehicle's location.

    Android tablets

A larger screen for the route map and passenger list, on a device assigned to the driver or vehicle.

    Android in-vehicle terminals

Run the app on a compatible Android terminal that stays installed in the vehicle.

    Tested on Telox M6G

GPS from any of these devices powers live tracking on the dashboard.
