RouteBot Demo: Book a Founder-Led Walkthrough
Not a slide deck. You bring the questions; I show the product on live data and we figure out whether RouteBot fits your operation — or doesn't.
I built RouteBot because the tools I kept running into were either great on slides and bad in September, or powerful under the hood and miserable to use. After shipping the product into real, high-volume operations, I wanted a way for potential customers to judge it without sitting through a pitch. So:
Book a walkthrough — it is a live call with me, the founder, on your calendar.
If you want to explore the product on your own first, the live demo is open right now — no signup, no credit card. For a quick product tour with screenshots, see how RouteBot optimizes school and employee transport.
What happens on the call
I will ask about your operation — fleet size, passenger types, how you handle planning today, what hurts. Then I show RouteBot running on production-grade data: passenger distribution, stop sequencing, live tracking, notification triggers. Not a sandbox — the same workflows our customers use every morning.
By the end you should be able to answer: does this solve my problem, or does it not? If the answer is "not quite," I would rather say so than waste your next quarter.
If you decide to move forward
We do not hand you a login and wish you luck. Onboarding is done for you: send whatever data you have — messy Excel, a folder of CSVs, a PDF someone printed in 2019 — and we build your working instance. Passengers, vehicles, routes, constraints, notifications. You review a configured system, not an empty one.
Typical timeline from "yes" to live routes is one day. Send your data in the morning, review a configured system by the next. For complex datasets that need extra cleanup — merged cells, geocoding edge cases, suite numbers the geocoder chokes on — we may need a few additional days of data work, but your instance is up and reviewable within 24 hours. We have done this enough that messy data is the norm, not the exception.

Who this is for
School transportation teams juggling bell times, SPED constraints, and mid-year roster changes. Corporate shuttle operators matching shift waves to vehicle capacity. Operations directors who need numbers they can defend in a budget meeting. If you are managing routes on spreadsheets and feeling the strain, the call is worth thirty minutes.
Book it
Slots are limited because I handle each session personally. If you have a quick question first, [email protected] or +1 (332) 249-2999 work.
