Try RouteBot Live Demo: Full Product, No Signup
Open a working RouteBot environment in your browser — sample passengers, routes, tracking, and notifications — so you can judge fit before anyone asks for a calendar invite.
The request we heard most from transportation managers was blunt: show me the real thing before I commit time to a sales process. So we shipped a live demo — one click, full product, sample district-style data loaded. No signup wall, no credit card, no week of back-and-forth to see a button.
Inside you get the same panels our customers use: passenger lists, schools or companies, vehicles, optimized routes on a map, capacity checks, tracking views, and the notification pieces that sit on top of live GPS. It is not a slideshow with a fake UI skin — it is the app, pointed at curated sample data so you cannot accidentally publish to production.
Why we did it this way
Traditional enterprise demos optimize for the vendor: form fill, discovery call, scripted screen share, maybe a sandbox next quarter. Operations teams optimizing thousands of daily pickups do not run on that calendar. They need an hour with the actual workflow — import thinking, map editing, "what happens if I move this stop" — before they loop in IT or legal.
The demo is that hour, on your schedule.
What to poke at first
If you only have ten minutes, I'd spend them here: run or inspect route optimization (how passengers land on vehicles and how stop order changes miles), then open live tracking and see how route context changes what a dot on the map means. After that, skim notifications — how delays and approaches would surface to a parent or rider in a full setup.
School-heavy readers: the sample world behaves like multi-school morning logic — bell pressure, capacity, messy stop geography. Shuttle-heavy readers: you will still see shift-style services and personnel lists; the engine does not care if the passenger is in a backpack or a badge holder.
Scale (for context)
RouteBot runs in production with thousands of optimized routes per day and tens of thousands of daily passengers across the customers on the platform. Uptime is monitored like any serious SaaS — the demo instance itself is for exploration, not a load test.
After you click around
If the workflow fits your operation, typical next steps are: create your own workspace, bring a roster (we often ingest raw Excel in onboarding), or book a walkthrough if you want someone to stress-test your constraints with you. Founder-led sessions are described in RouteBot demo: book your session.
